Project Manager, Biofood Innovation
Iris Dussault-Chouinard holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. She has developed extensive experience in research and development, as well as technical support, within a multinational company specializing in the dairy and cheese industry. She then spent four years as a Project Manager in food innovation, where she supported numerous companies in their innovation efforts, further honing her ability to identify and meet their specific needs.
She joined CDBQ in 2025 as a Project Manager, where she leverages her experience to support innovation in the biofood sector.
